 In common opinion, the term quality means the sum of all defined characteristics of a product. For us quality means much more. It is the sum of all services we provide you - our partner and customer - with: on the one hand, the quality of our products and on the other hand, the technical support, consulting and individual assistance. To offer comprehensive service is always our highest priority. Since the foundation of the Erbslöh Geisenheim beverage technology, this has been a most important part of our philosophy. Our quality management was certified as early as 1995, only a few years after the introduction of the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001. Since 1994 we cooperate closely with Bureau Veritas Quality International, an internationally renowned organisation. Consequently it is assured that our quality management system is being constantly reviewed and updated. Since 2003 it is in accordance with quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. Maintaining and improving a high quality level is the basis of our success, it makes work reliable and secure and of course satisfying, equally for our customers, our staff and our suppliers.
