Spirits made from starch sources

In starch distilleries, floury raw materials are processed which contain very high amounts of starch. Among them potatoes, cereals (barley, wheat, rye), corn and rice.

Produced are commercial alcohols and potable alcohols. Well-known beverage distillates from floury raw materials comprise for instance:
