Taste harmonisation


For an optimal wine presentation, almost every wine can be somewhat corrected. Particularly the finishing treatment shortly before bottling, rounds off the wine and removes smaller off-flavours. For flavour optimisation it is favourable to carry out pretests.

Gerbinol® CF NEW
A casein-free powdered adsorbent of tannic substances. Gerbinol® CF smoothens unharmonious wines with components in unbalanced proportions, wines which - since rich in tannin - are rough, lacking softness and an agreeable and clean sensation.

 
Gerbinol® Super
Highly efficient agent based on special proteins for the adsorption of tannins, correcting treatment of off-flavours and wine harmonisation.

 
HarmoVin® CF NEW
A casein-free powdered specific compound. HarmoVin® CF has a well balanced, efficient yet not aggressively acting PVPP portion.

 
SensoVin®
A carrier-crosslinked, instant soluble absorbent to be used in modern vinification leading to an excellent sensory evaluation of the wine.

 
Degustin
A special product of high quality on a mineral basis. It is granulated and easy to suspend. For the selective adsorption of tannins and for an efficient flavour harmonization.

Ercarbon
The individual Ercarbon types are activated carbon powders of vegetable origin with correspondingly varied inner surface, thus specific adsorption capacity.

 
Ercarbon STA
is a highly pure activated carbon in powder form, low dust level during application is assured. The special production process excludes the agglutination of the activated carbon powder. A fact which together with the extremely low dust formation makes Ercarbon STA particularly consumer friendly in application. Permitted according to the presently valid laws and regulations. Purity and quality of the product are proved by specialized laboratories.
