Sensory evaluation

Sensory evaluation is the most important, decisive criterium for every wine. Of course, the foundation-stone for good qualities is laid in the vineyard and by performing a consequent grape must vinification. With the subsequent stages from young wine vinification until bottling, the so far achieved wine quality must be preserved and further improved to obtain finished wines with first-class profiles. There are multiple possibilities which should however be chosen and secured by making pretests first.
