Filtration
Filtration is an important step in vinification.
To keep costs low and to avoid the quality losses of a "strenuous"
filtration, it is indispensable to provide for a good preclarification
of the wine.
If clarification and filtration problems are to be expected,
for instance in cases of botrytis-infested grapes, heated grape
mashes etc., an application of special enzymes is recommended.
