Microbiology

A wine with microbiological disorders cannot be sold. Besides cellar hygiene, sufficient sulphuring and permanent SO2-control are decisive factors to assure that bottled wines are not microbiologically infested. Vitamin C and sorbic acid have a supporting effect.
