Fermentation

Dry pure-culture yeast ferment smoothly and completely ensuring pure-tone distillates. For special applications, also bouquet- and cold-fermentation yeasts are available.

Distillery craftsmen particularly apply pre-selected dry pure-culture yeast for brandy mash to achieve an optimal alcohol yield and to improve sensory properties of the distillate.
